Pure Hydrogen Expands Global Reach with Strategic South American Partnership

In a major step toward accelerating the global hydrogen revolution, Pure Hydrogen Corporation Limited (ASX: PH2) has announced a strategic distribution agreement with FRN Enterprise, a renewable energy leader based in Argentina. This partnership aims to advance the adoption of hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicles (HFCEVs), battery electric vehicles (BEVs), and related hydrogen infrastructure across South America.

Pure Hydrogen expands globally through South American hydrogen partnership

Driving the Hydrogen Future Across Borders

The agreement allows FRN to distribute and sell Pure Hydrogen’s clean energy transport solutions throughout Argentina and potentially other parts of South America. The partnership will focus on decarbonizing key sectors such as transportation, logistics, construction, and remote power generation, using zero-emission hydrogen-based solutions.

FRN President Federico Nini emphasized the shared vision: “We aim to bring hydrogen into everyday life, from freight corridors to off-grid energy, reshaping how the continent produces and uses energy.”

The deal is valid for 48 months, with a performance benchmark of US$20 million in revenue tied to sales of vehicles and equipment provided by Pure Hydrogen. The company will also offer technical training and marketing support to FRN personnel to ensure smooth implementation and promotion of the hydrogen technologies.

Global Clean Energy Strategy in Motion

This strategic move follows Pure Hydrogen’s recent $28 million agreement in Mexico with GreenH2 LATAM, where the company is supplying containerized electrolyzers and hydrogen systems. These international deals are part of Pure Hydrogen's broader goal to establish itself as a key player in the global hydrogen economy, especially across Latin America, a region rich in renewable resources.

With countries like Mexico targeting 45% renewable electricity generation by 2030, hydrogen is fast becoming the cornerstone of clean energy strategies in the region.
